Frequently asked questions
Do I have to take the panel subscription? ▾
No. The website runs independently from the panel. You can buy the setup only and have a working site with no ongoing subscription. The booking panel and CRM are a separate service you can activate at any time.
What about the domain? ▾
The domain is included in the setup price for the first year. You choose the name and I handle the registration. If you already have a domain, we connect it at no extra charge. Renewals from year two are paid directly to the registrar — roughly 30–60 €/year.
How long does setup take? ▾
Usually 24–48 hours after we collect the materials (logo, photos, list of services). We agree on the content before we start.
Can I cancel the panel subscription? ▾
Yes, at the end of any billing period. After cancellation you receive all your data as a CSV export. The website keeps running because it is independent from the panel subscription.
Where is my data stored? ▾
Servers in the European Union, daily backups. We sign a data processing agreement (GDPR).
Can I add the panel to a site I already have? ▾
Yes. The panel can be connected to an existing site — if the technology allows it, we will scope the work and quote separately.
What if my industry does not match any demo? ▾
Every package can be adapted. List of services, form fields, colours — we work it out during the initial call. Unusual requirements are usually covered without extra charge.
