What I build

I build tools for specific processes and real needs, from simple automations to full admin panels. A few examples:

turning CSV data into readable schedules and reports
maps with points and filters for field work
document and statement generation
CRM systems and admin panels
office work automation
web apps for small service businesses
tools for the music and events industry

Many of these projects started as solutions for myself or for operational work. Only later did they grow into full products.

For over 10 years, I worked in Germany, covering logistics and production, HR and administration, as well as telecommunications and fiber optic projects (FTTH). Currently, I work in Poland, still in the telecommunications industry, and simultaneously develop my own technological projects.

Daily, I work with data, documentation, CRM, and operational processes. Just as often, I design my own tools: web applications, administrative systems, automations, and solutions that genuinely save time.

I don't focus on 'technology for technology's sake.' For me, one thing is most important: to create a tool that truly solves a problem.

Panel Biznesu

Panel Biznesu is the result of many years of working with processes, administration, and automation.

The project was created in response to problems I regularly observed in small service businesses: organizational chaos, scattered data, manual data entry, and a lack of a single place to manage everything.

It's an evolving system that combines, among other things, CRM, bookings, payments, communication, administration, and a single management panel.

This isn't a 'portfolio project,' but rather the direction in which I develop my own products and services.
