The controller of your personal data is the operator of the "Panel Biznesu" brand, running unregistered business activity in Poland, e-mail: kontakt@panelbiznesu.pl. The controller's full details (name, address) are available on request at the e-mail above.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
- Contact data (name, email, phone): to handle demo enquiries and perform the agreement. Basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b).
- Billing data (tax number, address, payment history): to issue invoices and for tax settlements. Basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(c).
- Technical data (IP address, logs): to keep the service secure. Basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the controller).
3. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to the following processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: infrastructure hosting (EU region).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: payment processing.
- Resend, Inc.: transactional e-mail delivery.
- Cloudinary, Ltd.: storage of media files.
4. Retention period
Contact data: until the end of the agreement plus 30 days. Billing data: for the period required by law (5 years from the end of the accounting year, under the Polish tax code). Technical logs: up to 90 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data (right to be forgotten),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
