A tool I use myself as a maths tutor. The student books, pays and takes the lesson without leaving the browser: no Skype, no Zoom, no Teams. A custom lesson room with video, a whiteboard, a formula sheet and calculators. Payments post automatically by transfer title, and I only see my calendar and the student history.

After an enquiry the system suggests a PDF offer, generates a personalised email and shows in the panel when the recipient opened it. The whole sales flow fits in one browser window.
