Shop rulesTerms of sale
Rules for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints in the Aquabonita shop. This document covers distance selling.
1. General provisions
The seller is Aquabonita (the „Seller”). Contact: info@aquabonita.eu, phone +48 571 043 997.
The Seller's full registration details (company name, tax ID, address) are provided in the order confirmation and on request.
These terms set out the rules for concluding distance contracts for the sale of boats and accessories via aquabonita.eu.
2. Offer and prices
Prices shown with the products are indicative and include VAT where applicable. They do not include transport, which we quote individually for the delivery address.
Boats are made to order. We confirm the final price, including version, equipment and delivery cost, after you place the order.
3. Placing an order
You place an order by adding a product to the cart and providing your contact details and delivery address.
After you place the order we get in touch to confirm the details: version, colour, equipment, lead time and transport cost. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
4. Payment and deposit
Online payments are handled by Stripe (payment cards). When placing the order a deposit towards fulfilment is collected; the balance is due on pickup unless agreed otherwise.
We begin fulfilment once the deposit has been received.
5. Fulfilment and delivery
We confirm the lead time individually after the order is placed, depending on the model and equipment.
We arrange and quote transport to the delivery address, across Poland and Europe. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement; with personal pickup you pay no transport cost.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers (and individuals entering a contract not of a professional nature) have the right to withdraw within 14 days, as described in the Returns policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). Boats made to individual order fall under this exception.
7. Complaints
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under applicable law.
Submit a complaint to info@aquabonita.eu, describing the defect and including your order details. We respond within 14 days.
8. Personal data
The data controller is the Seller. We process data to fulfil the order and to contact you. Details are in the privacy section on the Contact page.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and the law of the European Union.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
